In most cases, yes. We specialise in ex-demonstration or fully refurbished, pre-owned buggies. However, we do also get brand new stock in, which can be identified by having ***BRAND NEW*** in the title.
Yes! Your buggy will look and feel near-new, with only minor signs of previous use. All fabrics are steam-cleaned and washed with non-bio detergent. All moving parts, folding mechanisms and bearings are thoroughly cleaned, lubricated and reassembled. All Pramsy buggies come with brand new foam handlebar grips, new bumper foam, and where necessary, new wheels and/or tyres. We do ask customers to remember that, although our prams are lovingly refurbished, there may be still cosmetic signs of use. All of our prams have a safety label to show that they comply with the relevant British Standards of safety requirements and test methods for wheeled child conveyances - BS EN 1888: 2012 or BS EN 1888: 2003.
Having a baby is an exciting time in your life but it can be costly too, with today's buggies costing as much as £2,000. We believe a good-quality buggy is a must and that you shouldn't compromise with something flimsy. But that doesn't mean you need to spend big - buying a well-made pram that's been refurbished can save you a lot of money. Much like a brand new car, a brand new pram loses value as soon as its wheeled from your doorstep. All buggies come in a double-walled cardboard box, fully collapsed, film-protected and packaged with foam. Buying a gift? We offer exquisite gift wrapping on request.

Pramsy's returns policy aims to give customers ultimate peace of mind.
If you have purchased an item and no longer need it, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can return the item to us - no questions asked.
Please note that items must be unused and made within 30 days in order to be accepted. We cannot accept items back that have been modified.
If you have purchased an item but wish to cancel the order simply let a member of our team know, but please bear in mind that if the item(s) have already been dispatched there will be a £15 handling fee deducted from your refund, which covers the cost of carriage and processing your return.
Whilst we make every effort to recondition the prams, some scuffs and signs of use will remain. We perform robust checks before dispatching items. Customers are advised to check their item(s) and inform us within 48 hours of receiving their order of any issues.
Returns must be covered by the customer and we advise using a tracked for courier service.
For large items, a returns administration fee of £15.00 will be deducted from the total of the return.
