What a wonderful experience shopping with pramsy. Owner rang me after I placed my order to check I had all I needed and offered to refund postage from an earlier order. She helped me match items, add accessories and ensured we knew we could contact her if we needed any more help. We purchased a refurbished pram, with multiple accessories for less than we would have paid brand new. The pram came and there is no way anyone would ever know it was refurbished. As a mother of four (buying for twin grandchildren) I have had so many prams, I was very impressed, it was immaculate and smelled amazing. Cannot praise them enough 😊

We purchased the donkey 5 duo. This order was initially a little delayed which was upsetting, however the manner in which the delay was dealt with was truly impressive. The owner Christina has a real understanding of customer service. The moment Christina took over, I felt reassured, listened to and valued as a new customer. She went above and beyond to ensure that our order arrived the Saturday we needed it for and the children seemed to throughly enjoy their new pram.
Also to our surprise, Christina had included a couple of gifts in our order which put the biggest smile on my face when we opened the box.
Hats off to this company, and special mention to Christina, Truly outstanding customer service!!!
