Pramsy's returns policy aims to give customers ultimate peace of mind. 

If you have purchased an item and no longer need it, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can return the item to us - no questions asked.

New items - New items must be unopened and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund. The returns period for new items is 60 days.

Refurbished items - Refurbished items must be unused and returned within 30 days. Whilst we make every effort to recondition the prams, some scuffs and signs of use will remain. We perform robust checks before dispatching items. Customers are advised to check their item(s) and inform us within 48 hours of receiving their order of any issues.

For refurbished items, a returns administration fee of £15.00 will be deducted from the total of the return.

If you have purchased an item but wish to cancel the order simply let a member of our team know, but please bear in mind that there will be a £15 processing fee deducted from your refund.

Returns must be covered by the customer and we advise using a tracked for courier service.
